Reporting Template.

Okay, I thought that I'd make a template so you know how to report players without being flamed at for having the incorrect format. (Amy's doesn't count because I just made this.)

Title should be: [UNRESOLVED]Players name Report.

Players: IGN

What are you reporting them for?

YOU MUST HAVE EVIDENCE OR THE REPORT WILL BE REJECTED!
